Event Sponsor
This multi-level sponsorship provides you with PREMIUM exposure to Retailer attendees and includes co-sponsorship of all food and beverage services at the afternoon One-on-One locations. Event Sponsors enjoy marketing exposure and promotion throughout the Event. Your logo is displayed on signage and your company logo is imprinted on cups and napkins used at the food and beverage stations. Your logo is also included on all Agendas (Program Guide, signage, and Web site), on the Event Sponsor Tab in the Event Directory, Sponsors page in the Directory.

Pre-Gala Celebration - Cocktail Reception
The gala awards celebration is the focal point of the week with the greatest attendance of both Retailers and Vendors. This sponsorship includes the premium bar for 45 minutes prior to the kick-off of the "Best of RetailVision Awards" Celebration. Your logo is included both on signage and Event material, and you have the exclusive right to hang up to three banners at the reception.

Gala Awards Dinner
Host the pinnacle event at RetailVision! "The Best of RetailVision Awards" attracts the movers and shakers in the channel. As the evening's host, your company will be on "center stage" before, during, and after the Event.

Entertainment
The "Best of RetailVision Awards" evening is the pinnacle of the week as the Who's Who in retail gather to celebrate the best and brightest in the industry. As the Sponsor of the Awards Night Entertainment, your company will be center stage with your logo on all Event agendas and on sponsorship signage.

Welcome Reception
A night with something for everyone. As host, your logo will be prominently displayed on signage, napkins, and cups! If your team has a different theme in mind - let us know, our team is always willing to work with you to customize sponsorships.

Room Key Cards
Unlock the potential of getting your name in front of attendees by having your logo/message preprinted on the guest room keys. Your logo will be included with other Sponsors on a page in the Event Directory and on a sign at both the Vendor and Retailer Badge Pick-up areas.

Tote Bags
Your logo will be seen throughout the Event on tote bags given out at both Retailer and Vendor Badge Pick-up areas. As the Sponsor, you can provide an item to be placed in the bag as well. Your logo will be included with other Sponsors on a page in the Event Directory and on a sign at the Vendor and Retailer Badge Pick-up areas.

Program Guide Advertisement (Limited number available)
Highlight your company's presence at the Event with a four-color ad on one of the tabbed sections of the Event Directory. The Event Directory is utilized by attendees at the Event and is referenced throughout the year as well. (See separate information sheet for material requirements.)

Retailer Transportation
Make the first and last impression on Retailers by sponsoring limousine service and door-to-door shuttle service between the airport and hotel. Use this opportunity to promote your brand and target specific Retailers. Be creative! Leave your company literature for Retailers to read while en route. Run a promotional video in the limo (if available), or greet your Retailers at the airport and make a pitch during the limo ride to the hotel. In addition, your logo will be included with other Sponsors on a page in the Event Directory and on a sign at Retailer Badge Pick-up.

Retailer Breakfast
Help the Retailers prepare for their day by providing them with breakfast in their boardroom for 2 days. Your logo will be included with other Sponsors throughout the Event, on handout materials, and on a sign in each boardroom at the breakfast area.

Retailer Beverage Sponsorship
Put your name in front of every Retailer...everyday. As a Retailer Beverage Sponsor, you will be acknowledged for providing boardroom beverage services for all boardroom groups each day. This sponsorship includes a handout and signage at Retailer Badge Pick-up and an 8-1/2" x 11" easel sign with your logo in every boardroom. In addition, your logo will be on both the Sponsor page of the Event Directory and the RetailVision Web site.

Retailer Shipping
It's no secret that the Retailers receive lots of product literature, gratis gifts, giveaways, and raffle prizes at the Event. Retailers will receive one box each day with your logo on it to be shipped back to their office. As the Sponsor, you can provide us with collateral to be placed inside the box before it gets shipped. In addition, your logo will be included with other Sponsors on a page in the Event Directory and on a sign at Retailer Badge Pick-up. Your company will also be promoted on the Retailer Registration Web site, and a handout with your logo will be given to each Retailer at Badge Pick-up.

Retailer Newspaper Delivery
The Wall Street Journal will be delivered to each Retailer 2 days with a belly band, bag, or insert provided by you and customized with your own message. Price includes cost of newspaper, banding, inserting or bagging, and delivery. In addition, your logo will be included with other Sponsors on a page in the Event Directory and on a sign at Retailer Badge Pick-up.

Vendor Newspaper Delivery
The Wall Street Journal will be delivered Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with a belly band, bag, or insert provided by you and customized with your own message. Price includes cost of newspaper, banding, inserting or bagging, and delivery. In addition, your logo will be included with other Sponsors on a page in the Event Directory and on a sign at Vendor Badge Pick-up.

Service Provider Central
As a Level One Sponsor of Service Provider Central, your logo will be included on signage, cups and napkins for Vendor breakfasts and lunches, and also on Agendas. Meet Vendors for breakfast in Service Provider Central and introduce them to the full range of valuable outside services you provide to the manufacturers. Along with your booth in Service Provider Central, you will have full access to RetailVision University sessions, lunches, dinners, and social functions.
