Welcome Reception: Be the first to welcome the Retailers and Distributors to a great RetailVision experience, by captivating their attention on the first night. Sponsors may address the Retailers and Distributors - A great way to start off the event.
Retailer Breaks: Give retailers and distributors and your brand a boost by sponsoring refreshments throughout the day. These breaks give everyone a chance to replenish with coffee, soft drinks, and snacks. Attendees see your signage and logo at each break inside the appointment rooms throughout the conference.
Retail Vision Awards: Position your company as a leader. RetailVision Awards is where retailers and distributors honor the vendors with the most exceptional products, programs and technologies. At this high profile event, you have an opportunity to address the entire event crowd. Additionally, you can display your company banner or a packet of your company information can be handed out to every attendee.
Room Drops: Have a promotional item from your company waiting for the buyers in their hotel room when they arrive. Room drops are a great way to boost company awareness among the most important decision makers in the industry.
- There will be a maximum of 2 room drops per night.
- Room drops must be approved two weeks in advance.
- No room drops will be accepted on-site.
- Room drops will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis.
Conference Bags for attendees: RetailVision delegates have a lot of things to carry around with them. So why not let them take your name with them wherever they go. It is great walking advertisement when you put your name and logo on every conference bag.
Conference Guide Sponsorship: Get your message out for all attendees to see. Sponsor the conference guide and have all attendees carry your message with them. Your 4 color ad will be on the back cover of the conference guide.
Tab Ad in Conference Guide: Captivate the entire conference with your important message. Your 4 color ad appears on the inside tab page of the conference guide (ad supplied by vendor).
Custom Hotel Keycards: Sponsor logo or company message is printed on the keycard used by all attendees to enter their rooms. A postcard with an extra message can also be placed in the key packet from the hotel upon check-in.
Delegate Transfer Sponsorship: Address every retailer and distributor by sponsoring the transportation to and from the airport. You can meet and greet every attendee in person and collect business cards from the get go to set up meetings. Your logo and company name also appears on arrival signage. Make sure that your name is the first and last vendor name that the buyers will see.
